Class rescheduling and cancellations can be made up to 12 hours prior to the class without penalty. The cancelled class will be credited to the customer's account. Class cancellations within the 12 hour window or no shows will result in forfeiting the class.

‘Auto-book me into the entire class series’ will charge for the classes in the series using your class credits and then have an unpaid reserved spot in the rest of the class series. Before each class, your spot will be automatically paid for using your class package. If automatic settlement of your booking does not succeed, you will be cancelled out of the class.
