We offer tailored 1-to-1 sessions for anyone who wants more support, or more consistency, or (even) more intensity.
We’ll assess your form and constantly tweak your technique for maximum muscle activation to make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout. We’ll support you beyond the studio, helping you to be consistent and accountable and keeping you motivated so you can see the results you’ve worked so hard for.
This highly personalised option is more than just a PT session. It’s a 360° look at what you’re doing for your body. We’ll look at the whole equation: sleep, lifestyle, nutrition and stress and help find what you might be missing.
