What is Perk Online Studio?

Perk Online Studio is our online fitness platform offering our carefully curated Workout Of the Week (W.O.W), designed to simplify your fitness journey, maximise your efforts (aka results) and fit into your busy life. Whether you have 30 minutes or a full hour, Perk Online Studio ticks all your fitness needs; resistance, cardio, and flexibility. Show up, work hard and Perk up!

How does the subscription work?

Perk Online Studio offers a flexible subscription service with options ranging from monthly to annual memberships. Start with a 7-day free trial to explore the platform.

What equipment do I need for Perk Online Studio?

You’ll need just a few pieces of equipment to get started such as resistance bands, light weights, a pilates ball etc. A full list of equipment can be found on our Online Studio Page and visit Perk x Amp Wellbeing Toolbox for exclusive discounts. Ensure you have a laptop or tablet to stream the workouts.

How do I access the workouts?

The Online Studio Video Library can be found Here or download the Momence App [App store], sign up or log in and find Perk London.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Log in Here or the Momence app, click on ‘Memberships’ then ‘My Memberships." Locate the subscription you wish to cancel, click on the three vertical dots then "Cancel Auto-Renewal’.

What happens if I miss a workout?

It happens. Nothing to worry about! Each workout is available for 7 days giving you the flexibility to fit it into your schedule. Missing a workout does not mean you are behind in the Perk program. Perk is designed for anyone to jump in at any time and any fitness level.

Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

Yes, all levels are welcome. Each workout includes modifications for different fitness levels.

How often should I use Perk Online?

It depends on your lifestyle and fitness goals. Our Regular Perkers have shown that 3-4 times a week is the sweet spot for maximum Perk magic. This can be done with 3-4 Full Dose per week or 6 Microdoses per week. If you’re new to exercise, alternate Microdose #1 and #2 (30min) 4 times a week to build stamina. Already active with other sports or routines? Use Perk Online 2 times a week to round out your fitness program and enhance your daily movement and results.
